About the circle
The original circle was described as a monthly online gathering for professionals reflecting on what matters in the next stage of their work and lives. It offered a small, welcoming space to talk things through and hear perspectives from others.
Who is it for?
For professionals in their 40s and 50s who are rethinking their careers or considering a new direction. It is a chance to speak as a person, beyond a job title, and explore questions that may not have easy answers.
The format
The original outline describes a 90-minute online session for up to eight participants, with open conversation rather than slides or a formal presentation. It was facilitated by Kouji Miki. Please enquire about the current format and availability.
